SOUTHEAST COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL 2021 CANCELLED
Due to the ongoing uncertainty and challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic along with restrictions on mass gatherings and travel, we are sad to announce that the Southeast Country Music Festival will not be able to go ahead in July 2021 as planned.
In March 2020, we could never have anticipated the extent of what has unfolded as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We could not have imagined that we would have to cancel the 2021 festival that we had already postponed in 2020. While we will review the situation again in 2022, for now the annual festival is cancelled. Therefore, we will refund all tickets purchased for this event up to April 6th 2021. Please see below for details of how to obtain your refund.
We would like to sincerely thank you all for your fantastic support for the Southeast Country Festival since it began in 2016. We have had some fantastic days out and hope we can return to them once more in the near future when the situation allows.
Southeast Country Music Festival 2020/21 Refund Procedure
Refunds will be available up to April 6th 2021 (Easter Monday). No refunds will be available after this date.
A valid ticket must be returned in order to receive a refund.
Promotional tickets are not refundable.
Eventbrite: Refunds will be issued directly via Eventbrite to anyone who purchased tickets on Eventbrite using the details provided at the time of purchase.
Committee Members: If you bought a ticket from a committee member, please contact that person directly to obtain your refund.
Local Shops: If you bought your ticket from a local shop, please contact 087 772 0129 or 086 822 7440 to arrange a refund.
